Frequently Asked Questions When renting the ballroom for an event:

What does it cost to rent the hall?

Event rental fees vary according to the day of the week, duration of your event, special requirements, staff required and other sometimes other factors. Due to the reason that there are many variables in determining the rental fees, more precise figures can be given only after we have more information about your rental needs. Please call us at (915)598-4220 as we may be able to work with someone on a budget depending on ballroom availability and peak hours, seasonal rush, etc.

If I need help on the day of the event what do I do?

This is a very good question. A ballroom manager will always be on site to work with ONE responsible person or representative.

What about rehearsing for my special event?

You will be allowed to rehearse by appointment. Your ballroom manager will explain everything before you sign your contract.

Someone in my family wants to bring outside food. Is it ok?

Absolutely. It’s ok for our guest to bring in their own food or even snacks.

What about liquor?

You are allowed to bring bottled liquor to your special event at no additional charge.

SO there’s a huge dance floor. What about the music?

We love it when people ask. You will be provided with DJ music, up to five hours! Not only that but the ballroom has a built in disco ball, a built in lighting system and speakers above the dance floor.

Does the Ballroom have a bar?

Yes! As a matter of fact the ballroom has TWO bars. Even the bartenders are provided as part of the event staff and they will be serving keg beer and sodas.
